This Agreement binds you or the Academy you represent to the terms and conditions set forth herein in connection with your use of

software, mobile applications, services or other offerings on our Site (collectively, “Our Products”).

By using any of the Academy Products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Academy Products.

Acceptance by the Academy is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, without limitation any of the terms of this Agreement.

If you have previously subscribed with our Academy or used any of our Products, you are also subject to the relevant terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Arab Republic of Egypt is our country of domicile.

Key Terms:

  • The Products enable (“Learners”) to communicate with independent contractor instructors (“Instructors”) who provide live and recorded educational services through our available classrooms (“Courses”).
  • Learners and Instructors, generally, are, “Users”.

The Products include, but are not limited to, producing, facilitating, and hosting courses and supporting materials, and receiving feedback from users.

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms at its sole discretion at any time by posting changes on the Site. Changes will be effective for thirty (30) days after posting.

Your continued use of the Products after they become effective means that you accept such changes.

You should visit the Site regularly to ensure that you are familiar with the most current version of the Terms.

However, no modifications to these Terms will apply to any dispute between you and the Company that arose prior to the date of such revision.

The Academy may modify or discontinue the availability of the Products at any time.

You are solely responsible for all telephone, data, and other services and charges associated with your access to and use of the Products, as well as for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer, and other equipment required for such access and use.

If you choose to access or use Products that require payment of a fee, you agree to pay, and will be responsible for, such fees and all taxes associated with such access or use.

If you provide credit card or other payment method information to pay for such charges, you are responsible for providing such information and hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card to pay the charges when due.

If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect the charges due using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods we have in place and/or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel. We may also block your access to any Products pending resolution of any amounts owed by you to the Academy.

All of your use, access, and other activities in connection with the Site and the Products must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, laws relating to copyright and other intellectual property, and to privacy and personal identity.

In connection with your use of the Products and the Site, you shall not knowingly provide false or inaccurate information; copy, distribute, modify, deface, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Products or the operation of the Site or the Products; impersonate another person or gain unauthorized access to another person’s account; Introduce any virus, worm, spyware or other computer code, file or program that may or is intended to damage or compromise the operation of any hardware, software, telecommunications equipment or any other aspect of the Products or the operation of the Site; scrape, spider, use a robot or any other automated means of any kind to access the Products.

With respect to viewing paid courses/diplomas/sections, any customer can view the content for any of them up to a maximum of 5 viewings after which the fees will be repaid again to view the content.

  1. General Disclaimer.

The Site is only a marketplace for lecturers and learners.

We do not employ lecturers and are not responsible for any interactions between lecturers and the respective customers. We are not responsible for disputes, claims, losses or damages of any kind that may arise from or relate to the conduct of lecturers or learners, including, without limitation, any learner’s reliance on any information provided by the instructor.

We do not control the Submitted Content posted on the Site and, as such, do not guarantee in any way the reliability, validity, accuracy or authenticity of such Submitted Content.

You also understand that using the Products may expose you to Submitted Content that you consider offensive, indecent or objectionable.

The Academy assumes no responsibility for retaining such Content from you and assumes no liability for your access to or use of any Submitted Content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Site and Products may provide you with access to links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Sites”), either directly or through courses or lecturers.

The Academy does not endorse or control any such Third-Party Sites in any way. Accordingly, the Company assumes no liability in connection with Third-Party Sites. You should take appropriate steps to determine whether access to a Third-Party Site is appropriate and to protect your personal information and privacy on such Third-Party Site.

  1. Conduct.

You may access the Products only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws, rules and regulations relating to your use of the Products. You agree not to use the Products or Company Content to recruit, solicit, or otherwise contact prospective lecturers or employees for employment or contracting with a non-affiliated company without our written permission.
